Estella used to do that stuff. She was ready to be potty trained and also ready to give up naps. I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but once I got her out of diapers and stopped trying to make her nap, she stopped removing her clothes and pooping/peeing on things.
Reis has taken his diaper off a couple of times while napping(no pee, just a naked booty). I put pants on him and that seemed to deter it for now. I'm sure my time is coming when he figures out he can pull his pants off too. I feel for you and know my time is coming.
Been there, done that, hope I don't have to go through it again. Dawson was a pro at it ;) We tried taping his diaper, putting him in a onesie, nothing stopped that boy! Two words - VIDEO MONITOR!
