Hang in there! :) I've had several of those days recently and this is the only advice I have to offer you... it usually works for me :)
"...whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things." Philippians 4:8
And if that doesn't work just put the kids to bed, put on some comfy clothes and eat some ice cream or chocolate! LOL! :)
